Solid software, few small snags

I switched to Contractor Foreman for the Project Scheduling Tool and the QuickBooks Integration. Setting it up was mostly smooth, and the integration with QuickBooks worked as advertised, which was a big plus. The mobile app is decent for tracking time and managing daily tasks on site. However, I did find the interface for managing Submittals a little less intuitive than I hoped; it took a bit of fiddling to get the hang of it. Overall, it's a very capable system for the price, definitely better than some competitors I've tried. Delivery of the service itself was instant, of course, being software. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about Gantt Charts, but I wish the initial onboarding videos covered a bit more detail on every feature.
